The project team has made several presentations to the Kailua Neighborhood Board:

As a result of community feedback received during these meetings, we have made several major design changes to the project, including:

  • Reduced the number of residential units from 38 to 28
  • Increased the number of designated guests parking stalls from 12 to 18
  • Added an artificial wetland pond to contain any potential storm water runoff and prevent it from entering the nearby wetlands area and to enhance the surrounding ecosystem
